1. About TECNOMEDIA
TECNOMEDIA provides conversational AI voice agents and custom AI workflow automation for small and medium businesses. The Site is a marketing and information website. It does not itself deliver production voice-agent or automation services unless we expressly agree otherwise in a separate written contract.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
3. Informational use only
Content on the Site (descriptions, examples, blog posts, case studies, demos, and similar materials) is for general information. It is not a guarantee of results, legal advice, or a commitment to provide specific features unless confirmed in a signed agreement.
4. Accounts and inquiries
If you submit a form, request a demo, or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for communications sent from your email address or phone number.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including malware, scraping that overloads systems, or denial-of-service activity)

AI and automation outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. Evaluate any demo or sample output carefully before relying on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECNOMEDIA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TECNOMEDIA and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Services contracts control
If you purchase or subscribe to TECNOMEDIA products or services, a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or order form) will govern those services. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these website Terms, the separate agreement controls for the services it covers.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless a mandatory consumer or other law requires a different forum.
Attorney: confirm Wyoming vs. another venue if operations or customers are primarily elsewhere.
14. SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Program
Program. TECNOMEDIA NETWORKS may send recurring automated marketing messages by SMS and/or WhatsApp to people who opt in, for example on our “Request my call” form. Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS message to stop receiving SMS messages. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. For WhatsApp, use the opt-out instructions in the message or block the business. You can also email info@tecnomedia.net to opt out of all channels.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@tecnomedia.net or +1 (408) 413-1585.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide and at least 18 years old.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy for how we handle your information.
WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
